Third International Congress on Salivary Gland diseases, Geneve, Switzerland

Dear colleagues

It is my great pleasure to invite you to an exciting meeting on Salivary Gland functioning and diseases, to be held in Geneva on March 22-23, 2012.

The symbiotic contributions of clinicians, surgeons, radio-oncologists, pathologists, immunologists, radiologists, dentists, and researchers from different basic and clinical science fields will provide the opportunity to update your knowledge with recent developments in the mechanisms of salivary secretion, the immunology of salivary diseases, and physiopathology and treatment of xerostomia.

Special lectures on the salivary gland regeneration and saliva proteomics and diagnostics will highlight future developments in the field.

The controversies in the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant salivary tumors, as well as surgical techniques of parotidectomy will be debated in lectures and round tables.
