			  <description>.....
...I have the pleasure to invite all of you to Siena for the 7th Instructional Course that will be held on 16-19th September 2014.
The format of the workshop will be mainly designed to accomplish the principal missions of our statute:
- Instructional courses will take place for a limited audience in no more than 6 parallel sessions during the 3 days (total n. 104)
- Key note lectures will be focused on the new trends in Otology and Neuro-Otology
- Symposium on &quot;Consensus in Auditory Implant&quot; will be organised with live surgery in streaming from different Centres in Europe
- A session will be dedicated to finalise the European Guidelines in Otology and Neuro-Otology already in progress from the last 2 years
- For the first time a special session will be reserved for the residents: both best basic and clinical researches will receive the &quot;Academic Resident Award&quot; a grant for a scholarship in one of the leading oto-neurological Centres in Europe. Calls for application will be on the EAONO website in a few months. One resident will be present in every round table of the meeting.
- Anatomic dissection lab will be available during the 3 days of the workshop
- Special registration fees and accommodation will promote resident attendance.
- September in Tuscany is considered &quot;high season&quot;: participants who would like to take the opportunity to prolong their stay in Siena or surrounding areas will have the chance to benefit from a special tourist package. Wishing you and your family a peaceful Christmas and successful New Year
All my best, Franco TrabalziniEAONO President
