Please find ACC changes to Apportioning Entitlements for Hearing Loss attached. Please make comments but note that there is a deadline (email below). Comments could be emailed to Julian by the end of Friday 12 December. He will then try to make the comments into something coherent.

The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment is seeking comment on proposed changes to the Accident Compensation (Apportioning Entitlements for Hearing Loss) Regulations 2010.

Please find attached a consultation document outlining the regulatory changes being consulted on, and a feedback form to complete (sent to your email).

The closing date for submissions is Tuesday 17 December 2013.

We are more than happy to discuss the proposed changes via meetings or phone calls during the first two weeks in December. Please contact gemma.wiig@mbie.govt.nz if you would like to arrange a meeting.

This is a targeted consultation but please feel free to forward the consultation document to other relevant organisations and individuals you think would like to comment on the proposed changes.
